Pink Tucan Beach Bar originally started as Tucan Beach, a cozy lunch terrace with a stunning view over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Sun, sea, and a well-filled sharing platter: what more could you want?

Later, the terrace became part of the neighboring hotel, but Tucan Beach didn’t stand still. In 2020, ice cream master Jan began crafting fresh ice cream daily — in no fewer than 24 flavors. The ice cream was named PINK — and yes, it tastes just as joyful as it sounds.

And as if it were meant to be: the Baroness, owner of the hotel next to the bar, gave her hotel a brand-new name… Pink Elephant. Coincidence?
